This is artistically and technically excellent, almost perfect.
I have two regrets only, not about the piece itself: I think it would be better in classic photo format (the panormaic format is a little weird) And the frame, the thin black line is fine but the thick white frame does not really advantages your wonderful piece of work... Anyway.
Do you happen to know this deviation? [link]
I found yours almost at the same time. I loved both extremely.
you are right. its to closely. my second thought about it is, that it looks not very liberating. but isnt this a good thought about how stupid this partnership with money is? and that when you leave it your life isnt better.
the linkpicture is also cool. much more freer.
thanks for this.
other question: do you still have this hair colour?
What do you mean, it's too "closely"? what does that mean?
If it doesn't look that liberating, it's because you can"t see the model's face... can't see if he's relieved, happy, freed, or, angry, or what... on lorainemd's picture, you see the business man smiling and shrugging, that's why the impression of freedom is more important.
And you're absolutely right: money does not make happiness, but loosing it CERTAINLY does not either.
As for the hair color... it's a wig! Come and take a look at my gallery, you'll see what my hair color really is
Not that much... it's true that the cropping quite closes the view, but not as much as in the link!!! I don't feel prisonner of your picture... don't be too hard on yourself! it's a very good piece of art.
Thks for the compliment... although it's only a wig, I'd like to look better with my natural looks!
Ok...so I just read the other comments and...it seems the money was added in later... so you are not so special in my book anymore. I'm kidding! I think you have fulfilled your purpose with this photo~ You fooled me big time and made me feel like an idiot, but that's ok because the bottom line is I LOVE THIS PICTURE!
And, yes, you are forgiven. Although from now on, I shall be reading everyone's comments before I submit any comments myself I sincerely hope that I am not the only one this has happened to...that would just be an added embarrasment
the how much question was only a joke but you can answer. so i faked you with this picture. Fine I dont want to show you that i can show you something unreal as real. i want that you feel when you see this and because i havent enough money i used the fake. i think you are not the only person how see real money
Aah!! That's amazing! I love how in many of your photos you are able to capture a moment so perfectly (like with the snowball photo, the jumping one, this one, etc.)! I would pay to be able to do anything close to this! It's lovely!
How much, eh? Well considering that I am a college student and don't have a job, hmmm.....I'd say I could probably give you 5 US dollars, maybe 7 if I'm feeling generous. haha! I'm just kidding Well, now that you have told me that this question was just a joke, I guess I can keep the 5 dollars all to myself, right??
wonderful job, this is stunning ^_^; I love it lots. I like the way it is carefree and shows how money is really just bits of paper, it is meaningless. Definitely adding this to my favorites. GREAT work!
